The author mentions the small studies because they support the topic of the article. Instead of questioning Dr. Smith’s claim, I’m just happy that the combo treatment is helping his patients and the patients in the Chinese and French studies. Something is deperately needed to help the thousands of patients dying every day. You don’t think the Chinese and French sources are credible, but I hope you think the FDA is credible.

The FDA authorized its emergency use for a reason. If it’s killing patients all over the places, they would not have done so. Again, large controlled studies are needed.
