Indeed Red, Zoom is a subset of Verb Live! And so is all the rest.
That would indeed be awful if someone snooped in on a confidential meeting.
I hadn't heard about Zoom-Zombing until I read that article today! Maybe it will be a new word in next year's Webster dictionary. Not something to be proud of for sure.
The FBI taking notice is not good for Zoom either.
Word will be getting out, Zoom has big security holes, and more and more people will stop using it. A little too late for them to be taking action and plugging those holes. That was a terrible decision to:
1. Only have 9 to 11 digit meeting ids.
2. Allow unlimited attempts to access a meeting.
3. Default to not even requiring passwords!
A deadly combination, that might be a Zoom-killer.
For sure, Verb Live is a category killer and does things none of the 7 tools you listed can.
The fact that Verb seems to have a relationship with Shopify shows they know Verb Live could help them in a big way..
Since they were working with Microsoft, maybe it will get integrated into Microsoft Teams. Microsoft Skype for Business is having end of life sometime next year, so Microsoft is moving people to Microsoft Teams which obviously does more than Microsoft Skype.
