Good Morning All. In line with the video I posted

AGRiMED, the first cannabis related company that served to revive interest in Univec, partnered with Doctor Dalton to DEVELOP the cannabis transdermal patch. This patch was said to be better than anything currently on the market, and was to be the FOUNDATION of the AGRiMED/Univec combination. Months ago AGRiMED was first sold to MariMed, and later to Harvest Health in an agreement that resulted in some serious litigation. The litigation was finally settled, but the outcome has never been fully revealed. Thus, we do not know the current status of the patch. Do we own all of it? I don’t think so. Dalton told me the rights for the patch would be transferred to whomever finally bought AGRiMED. So we can safely assume Harvest Health now owns the patch, but we may own some portion as well --- we just don’t know, and if we do, we just don't know the percentage.
So is this important? To answer, we must do a little background digging. First, we need to consider who and what AGRiMED was. AGRiMED was started by three individuals. Sterling Crockett, Bruce Goldman, and Eric Mitchell are the original founding members of AGRiMED. Sterling Crockett left Green Thumb Industries, and he brought Bruce Goldman with him (Bruce Goldman is a long term friend and investor in Green Thumb Industries). Bruce Goldman’s background was as a hospital administrator and he suggested bringing Eric Mitchell on board because Bruce knew Mitchell as a world renowned surgeon and sports medicine specialist who worked in some of the hospitals Goldman administered --- Goldman also knew Mitchell was well versed in the cannabis industry. Eric Mitchell had been working with individual farmers throughout much of the Eastern United States for some eight or nine years prior to coming on board as of that time. The point of this background study should now become apparent. Eric Mitchell interviewed and then appointed Dalton to the Board of Directors at AGRiMED, and Eric Mitchell is the only one at AGRiMED with the background and knowledge to help Dalton develop the patch. Let this sink in for a moment. Finally, we must consider what AGRiMED was set up for. AGRiMED was set up to grow MARIJUANA. So we have come a very long way in the last three and a half to four years, and much has changed along the way. The current emphasis in medical cannabis revolves around CBD, and that CBD is derived from hemp and not from marijuana.
