Eco Innovation Group, Inc Annual Report on NV SOS and all detail at otcmarkets.com changed.
Previously, the first wholly owned subsidiary in the portfolio of Eco Innovation Group was going to be Steel Hemp Homes (SHH). Its first project was going to be an Eco Village built from steel and hempcrete in Santa Barbara, CA starting in 2020.
The then President - John English - had since July 2018 - already cleaned up the ticker, eliminated previous debt and - with his funding partner owned Unrestricted shares.
The first PR explaining the plan for SHH came out on October 10, 2019 and shareholders were awaiting for developments.

In the intervening period up to March 31, 2020, very few shares had been available under .1000 - only occasional insignificant paint downs as recorded contemporaneously here.
An unusual transaction on April 1, 2020 - 114K bought at .0101 - not bought by either of the top visible bidders at .0101 [display threshold under .1000 is 10K shares] - prompted me to search for updates.

Now a new company - Eco-Gen Energy - an existing $1.88M revenue company - has either done a reverse merger to go public and bought the rights to the name Eco Innovation Group - and SHH (a startup) reverted to private
or
Eco-Gen Energy is a second company within the existing Eco Innovation Group - and SHH is still in the portfolio - but the the President of Eco-Gen Energy - as the larger company has become the CEO.
The 144K trade at .0101 - much higher than typical 5K > 10K trades when the stock is running up - might have been the previous CEO and his funding partner relinquishing shares as part of the deal - they had 155K of the Unrestricted O/S.
On March 30, 2020, the A/S was reduced by 76% from 2.1B to 500M.
The Unrestricted O/S remains at only 1.6M.

Will be extremely thin to the upside once we get past any left over GTCs to sell under .2000 left up by the impatient who haven't caught up with the latest developments.
