The FDA has clarified that there are NO 2 minute test Approved by the FDA. I think the term is cleared. If that is the case, any manufacturer or seller would have to adjust the label the device with a type of black box warning that the device was not tested by the FDA. Perhaps there are currently blood test devices are in the cleared for sale status, I am not sure if Bodyshere is one.
Press releases by the Company are always flavored and colorful, the term forward looking statements are certainly pushed to the limits.
I actually read every page of the annual report that was linked to here. There are certainly some very troubling parts, some parts I had to reread they were so troubling. There are also parts of the report that if they work out could be positives.
There are too many negative parts of the full annual report to write here, and it wouldn't matter if I did. This is a penny stock after all. If GenViro is cleared for sale and the Company executes many of the negatives in the report go away. Hindsight being 20/20 it might have been smart to trade out of it at about $.20 and take the long term gain, then renter at these levels. Had that happened I would be playing with free money.
