it was obvious to me from publicly available info -as I've posted -that the plaintiffs did not have a substantive case
even more obvious after zn's motion for summary judgment was not dismissed after its mar 13 2019 filing,
even more obvious after the delaware judge dismissed,saying the plaintiffs had not shown anything to indicate zn had violated its duties-so it would be very odd as i said, if any other judge ruled against zn (the sec situation is not in the courts and may never be-e.g., criminal intent cannot be shown against zn bc there was none)
but todays pps rise of 26% upon announcement of dismissal of texas case shows investors were totally ignorant re this legal situation!!!
after seeing the 26% rise before i read the news i thought,'what, did they have a gusher before even getting the drill rig to the site???"
one of the most frustrating things about the market is having to guess the understanding of ignorant investors
