According to my best knowledge and the PRs and 8-K from GNBT, GNBT has 1 Million USD available from their Chinese partners available to pay their expenses for the development of a vaccine. The compensation that EpiVax is agreed to receive, I believe it is supposed to be 150k USD plus a potential share in royalty payments from GNBT, should be considered such an expense, right?
So why would EpiVax not be working on the simulations for GNBT? Agreement is in place, funding should be available .... ?
I am admit that I am frustrated, but I am not that frustrated that I would assume that NOTHING is happening, just because we are not regularly receiving updates from the company about it!! I am sure that they are working on it.
What I really do not understand is that we are not hearing anything material about outcomes from Joe's trip to DC. Time is of the essence, as far as I understand, and so I cannot believe that coming to an agreement with the US government would take such a long time!?
So why are we not hearing anything in this regard. If something about their bragging about their ii-key technology is true, than the government should immediately jump on it, just to demonstrate that they are doing everything in their power to get a COVID-19 vaccine ASA(F)P.
