This decision allows them to suspend all SEC filings and provides them with a level of secrecy with regard to official public disclosures similar to what we shareholders have suffered for years. This decision also spares them the embarrassment of filing a year end statement that would reveal another year of zero revenues and failures. It is not to much a stretch to imagine what Hirsch and his comrades turned over to the new senior management.
