until reading yesterday's 8K .. i had not realized that the SEC had issued their order on 3.4.20 .. which imo P2O is wisely utilizing (time) or as some would say
*exploiting* .. funny how *retail* CANT exploit but NR can for just about 11 years now on one OTC *target*

what started this last round by NR? .. the only answer i have is the Patent issued

(granted not always timely) for over a decade now .. P2O retains actual investors
(vs those who play them on various SMBs) ( 449 ) to the 1 cert held by the crooks @ the DTC .. and P2O retains an enviable SS as we enter April 2020
and unlike what has been falsely noted frequently .. there is a model that has
worked successfully in EuroLand for years .. which RT DD with SP had clearly been noted (and imo) *rattled* NR .. hence NRs' beyond revealing *efforts* (which many of us actual investors) knew would come to pass against every aspect that could be
so let's see RH exploited the crooks and bought another 45 days .. oh the horror ..
so i'd expect that little will change with those who soft bash or hard bash CONsistently
.. i do find their projections tho' so telling .. as some of us noted previously .. *volatility* is the tip of the iceberg re: U.S. *equities* .. and that tip was clearly visible long b4 this past month .. no insider data required .. just *awareness* of the loopholes *put in place* by a NR crook residing at the taxpayers' expense in a federal pen
when one understands how the rigged game is played .. one isn't reduced to whining CONsistently on a SMB
