OR It makes sense for FDA to immediately, approve HIV as they had the rolling BLA, and pretty much know all details.
And give an expanded access to COVID-19, until COVID-19 trials are complete.
People in medicine, does that make sense?
In that way Dr. Fauci, saves his ass, by doing the right thing, and saves people at the same time.
