I don't disagree, but I can't help but wonder if releasing the $15M funding PR on the last day of the quarter (March 31, 2020) is a bit of 'window dressing' that allows that item to appear on the Q1-10Q. It will certainly look better than the number that would have otherwise appeared under Cash and Cash Equivalents.
