I have purposefully been off the board for a while, trusting that the 10-k would be issued, as expected. As a number of you know, I have been a passionate supporter of HDC and the current team, and was infuriated that the pandemic was used as an 'excuse' for obtaining an extension of the 10-k filing. Given the current situation, in which numerous shareholders have given their information to Quirk and Bear as part of the effort to call for a new board, the current directors had not just an opportunity, but an obligation, to get this right.........and they failed. The lack of respect to supportive shareholders, and the lack of communication are beyond comprehension, and I emailed the current board members to ask that they develop (with a sense of urgency) a plan to transition to new leadership in an organized way. This is inexcusable and, given that I personally stuck my neck out numerous times to support the company and the current team, I'm beyond frustrated.
