Its a possibility both could be used and approved, some patients may have existing conditions prior to COVID-19 that they cannot use hydroxychloroquine and Zithromax and elect to use Leronlimab since it has a better safety profile. Its also possible hydroxychloroquine and Zithromax does not do well with severe patients, hopefully this will be ironed out in short order and think we will know in two weeks the direction treatments are headed.
