Got an email on this one too but was out...
So, this company seems to be 'giving' shares to a number of its directors, the same ones... given in mid February and now at the end of March... looks like adding 25M new common shares according to this S-8. No big deal and maybe deserved to these folks but with what's now happening I'm wondering how many more of these will be done.
Please someone who may know better, any input or correction is welcomed.
