Verb testimonial. I've decided not only to be an investor, but also a user of Verb's technology. I am currently one of the owners of a multi-state construction company. We assist home owners with hail/wind storms and help them deal with their insurance company to facilitate repairs. Usually when a hail/wind storm hits an area, our company, along with many other contractors go door to door to solicit new business. We have found that appointment/calling services along with direct mail get around a 1-3% hit rate or return on investment. Cold call door knocking is the industry standard and depending on how well you are and your experience, we can hit around a 30-40% hit rate. With "shelter-in-place" in all 5 States that we work in, we decided to look at different options and I thought I would document my experience here to share with all of you. I filled out the online form for Verb last Monday and immediately received an email to schedule a time to talk. I spoke with an employee who has been with Verb for over a decade. We talked about my business, the Verb app and how this could be effective to me and my company He was also very knowledgdable and gave examples of how somewhat similar companies are using the product and their success with it. I signed the contract and immediate had another Verb professional email to schedule a time to meet via phone this week to go over things in more detail. I am scheduled to talk with him Wednesday, so I will keep you all updated with my personal experience with my Verb experience. I will also share our videos as well as success rates along the way.
