We need to close above $4 and need 12 months cash -- according to NP's latest remarks on the subject (Next Super Stock interview). He wants to uplist to NASDAQ and not NYSE. NYSE requires $2 and 18 months cash, but they won't give credit for expected future sales. So, NP doesn't want to work with them.
