It was in the Q. We own ~36-38MM(?), so Joe would presumably IPO ~80MM or fewer on top of that to keep 70% as he did he intended. So the float would be ~120MM.
So the implied market cap at $4 would be $1.6B, but maybe they wouldn’t really count the 280MM shares in the treasury of GNBT and say the enterprise value is only $480MM ($4 x 120MM float)?
