We talked in the past about it , and I don't think we came with any definite conclusion, plus we really don't know if patients may have mild problems , like higher uric acid or potassium and their physician just take care of this ,and very good hydration is always advised during treatment...
this is not a side effect of Leronlimab, this is in a way normal for cancer treatment in bigger or smaller way..
And healthier are patients kidney , the better they tolerate..
This is just imo , maybe someone has a better explanation ...
