Yes, is amazing. Only in Oncology there are 4 MoAs !!! This is a "wonder drug" in the immunological arena and we are lucky to have it !!!.
The extraordinary thing is the lack of adverse effects. The human body is a super-marvelous mechanism tuned-up by thousands of years of evolution, so when something is tamper with in one side it produces and effect in the other. So far our antagonist is passing "undetected"

BTW: IL-6 does reduce the Immune-induced fever. Is actually very involved in the process as it can penetrate the brain barrier and the fever is controlled by IL-6 receptors on the brain endothelial cells.
