Cytokine storms were the original killer of people when CAR T technology came out, we gave way to many cells back to people through CAR T in the early days killing most patients, this technology if works could be a winner as the storm is very very similar to what happens to patients with COVID - 19, why because unlike most diseases COVID effects the upper and lower lung which is unlike any other disease making COVID bee solidarity to the effects of CART T treatment of the early days.

Author’s reply » Leronlimab may be useful for extreme cases with the cytokine storms, but many of us older folks are hoping that companies like Generex (GNBT) will stay the course because the epidemiologists say this disease is now out in the general population from here forward. Generex's Ii-key technology may be one of the best for vaccine development, which could save us from catching one of these horrible cases.

Good of you to comment considering your expertise in this area. We need treatment short term and for the longer term. Having said that we desperately need a vaccine as soon as possible. For those of you who don't know, look at Generex Biotechnology (GNBT) subsidiary NuGenerex Immuno-Oncology. They are working with Chinese partners on a Covid-19 vaccine now for a few weeks. The technology is safe and shown to be effective for other coronavirus in the past studies. The GNBT stock is trading at 50 cents or so. Looking to up list from the OTC to the Nasdaq by this summer. NGIO is to be spun off soon direct to the Nasdaq. Deal of a lifetime isf all goes well. Wouldn't it be great to own both treatment for Covid-19 and prevention!
