More dilution, does it really matter? The recent activity probably tied to Discovery dumping another 20M shares into the market. Ironic that the share price actually spiked one day........manipulation.......then they sell off.
"Key" people, except two new hires, are converting their employment contracts into consulting agreements which allows them to continue compensation from remote locations. If we knew the details we would probably not like it.
