The bailout that is now being touted as a safety net will provide money in the form of loans for small busineses. We are going to see 30% unemployment and when we reopen, those businesses will be responsible to repay those loans. Massive default and delinquencies are ahead. Depression is coming.
The average unemployment weekly amount is 384.00. Now they will get 600.00 more a week. roughly 1000.00 a week. Would you give that up, 4000.00 a month and go back to work for 8.00 an hour when we reopen?
Not me. That's 52000.00 a year!
I have never been on unemployment. I work for every dollar. But I gotta tell ya, i can see folks staying on unemployment until they milk it dry.
The Small Businesses are in trouble anyway you cut it.
