That’s in West Virginia I have family there... most states have gone to this emergency Medicaid services , the President has just allowed states to have easier processes dealing with Medicaid ..West Virginia is just behind the curve on this one ...West Virginia will come around.. doesn’t hurt or affect anything Dalton is doing don’t read into it
