I take it as neither. Most of the business world has ground to a halt. As these filings are usually a down to the last minute thing, I would imagine any extra time is a welcome thing, especially if they can't get into the office.

I wasn't expecting anything earth shattering this Q anyway, so perhaps we can focus on Verb Live in the meantime.
