Dr. Patterson got blood samples of 4 patients. Two are extubated (one did it himself). Last three just injected.
Patterson: After 3 days with Leronlimab Immunilogical correction. Restored to normal; large decrease (IL-6 significant 70% reduction). TNF-alpha decreased as well.
Safety profile allows it to be used in critical patient with renal problems, liver problems on top of this immune chaos going on their lungs causing lung damage.
FDA told us to add another IND for severe patients (filing P2 and P 2/3) and modification for early and moderate. If results for severe pan out "we believe we could have approval."
So much demand that enrollment could take only two weeks.
BLA ongoing and not affected much by Coronavirus slowdown. NP mentioned 5-10 days so I take it we are talking 5-10 April.
