Any time you post about Users or reference groups of Posters in your post, this makes your post subject to removal as off-topic and/or personal attack.
Your messages need to focus on the company and the stock and should not contain comments about people who post on the board. Other posters are never the topic of the board.

Thank you Admim Shelly. But can you explain to me how I can refute claims. I wrote pretty lengthy email asking for a response and advise. You responded with a form letter response, sending me to a link to the site.
If you would be so kind as to actually address my concerns, I would greatly appreciate it.
There is a user on the BCAP board who every day, posts the same copy and paste post. He is constantly bashing the stock and posting false and damaging materials about Baron. One's that the company has addressed through as series of PRs.
Today, he say's this:

Yet, he pays daily attention to Dwyer and Baron. If that is the case, I can't I say:

Very interesting quote, yet there are some who still flock to this board on a daily basis to copy and pastes the same spam and work overtime posting unsubstantiated claims of no bid and reverse splits and increased A/S.
As a long, who believes in the work of Matt Dwyer and the business plan of Baron, I am glad your claims have been proven 100% false by the companies last PR. Here is just a reminder of how those claims were proven false.

This will also give shareholders peace of mind that the Company will not effect any type of reverse split during the same period.
It is a direct response to his own claim that "No body pays attention" yet he is posting everyday.
