I don't disagree that it will take some time and that means a lot of current patients wouldn't have access, but I do think there are still some waves to go both here and in other countries. But in the short term I think positive results will push everyone, doctors, FDA, patients, to expand the use of Leronlimab very quickly. Maybe not nearly as much use as if it were an approved treatment that was sitting in every pharmacy, but it should expand rapidly because the need isn't going away and the options to prevent ARDS and death are, and will be, scarce in the short term.
