With drugs one never want to give to high doses , we don't want medicine to injure patients if all possible
Sometimes little slower is safer .
As I often repeat what I learned in medical school , whatever you doing , try to " Do No Harm "
Some balance must be accomplish ....and different researcher in medicine try to accomplish this balance , and then teach us all ...
Usually with time physicians may do some change , by their observation when they treating many patients , physicians do have some freedom to do that after medicine is approved ..
