They could possibly be meeting with Dr. Anthony Fauci, the director of the National Institute of Allergy and Infectious Diseases, which is under the National Institute of Health, and then ultimately under the Dept of Health and Human Services. So that would put them in the right building, according to the rug behind them in the photo.
