Anyway with all the warrants being in the money there’ll be a lot of pressure in future too. According to
10-Q per November 30th there were 177 million warrants outstanding with an average life of 3.66 years.
Average life would be 40 months now.
Let’s say there are 160 million warrants outstanding currently.
That makes an average of 4 million warrants to be exercised every month.
Almost 1 millions warrants per week exercised.
If all those shares hit the market every time they’re exercised then we can look at 200,000 new shares per trading day hitting the market.
A bit scary. And we’re going to need a constant good news flow to absorb just those numbers.
I’ve said it before: the warrants are a blessing and a curse.
