Here's my question...has Decn submitted to the Fda an application for any product yet, or are the applications still being worked on?

Do you really think the company is going to answer this question in a press release so stock traders can trade on this knowledge? Did you write to and ask Mr. Berman? Did you send a PM to Always? He seems to know almost everything.
