One interesting thing is that Mr Kay didn't mention the authorization of new shares in the Uptick interview, which was only about 3 days before it happened. Another interesting thing is that the company has had no comment since it happened.
It seems like we surely must be on the cusp of a major announcement. Hope it's about revenues on their way.
