If Leronlimab ends up being an effective treatment

In the last few days federal oversight has had to come up with new restrictions to stop some doctors from prescribing HCQ and Azithromycin to family members and the likes, that are not even experiencing symptoms of COVID19.
I am not saying it would happen for sure, but I could see FDA and federal agencies guarded with information on a very effective treatment.
This could possibly give them more ease at working to mobilize Leronlimab to the front lines where it would be needed most. This is all in my opinion, and just a thought.
