You're certainly welcome to your opinion, but in truth, we both know there is ZERO way of knowing what might have happened if you put an experienced person in charge at any time, so there is no intelligent way to argue one way or the other, because ANYTHING is possible. That being said, I don't believe that NP has surrounded himself with people who could have helped him based on their experience.
