I agree with you, and most here will probably not understand that I NEVER said to replace NP, I merely said that he is learning everything on the job with no mentor, no one to have made the mistakes before him who could GUIDE him and keep things moving as efficiently as possible. YES, he could use someone around him with actual experience and know-how, not just "doing the best he can." We all know NP is doing the best he can.
