My understanding is Doc was waiting to work out the payment system with United Health (Optum) on the Medicaid plan for our Wellness Teladoc plan-he hoped sometime in April. Maybe Trump has speeded that up some. So if that is true, we are 1 week from April-think April is our month. JMO
