The predatory K&L Gates law firm is like a killer

The predatory K&L Gates law firm is like a killer white shark with no conscience preying on junior start up company in financial difficulty, it sued QMC in 3 States (Florida, Texas and Kansas) for making loan payment on Friday, 2 days early instead of on Sunday and for making loan payment on Monday, one day late instead of on Sunday (Sunday is not a business day!). Its motive is to destroy QMC financially and bankrupt the company, so that it would take over the company for nothing as it reckoned the huge future growth potential of the company. It has lost 2 of the 3 cases and Kansas case is its ongoing last case which will be on trial in June by the jury.

QMC's attorney Minns&Arnett is suing K&L Gates law firm for $100 million for its malpractice and for the company's punitive damage. In view of such a heartless predator, Michael Minns should push ahead with the $100 million lawsuit, not one penny less to compensate for the 3 years of suffering of the management and its shareholders and for the prolonged share price depression.

Failure in incriminating the predatory law firm by the court will has a grave ramification for the legal system as it sends a wrong signal in deterring malpractice by other law firms but encouraging future malpractice.
