We wish you all the best in the days ahead and look forward to working together with you in the effort to ensure access to quality-assured hemp and CBD products.
Please rest assured that our products are still available in the same retail establishments that they were before the COVID 19 crisis and are not limited to pharmacies, as has been reported by unscrupulous individuals.
Given the ever-changing world of hemp and CBD, many of our customers have asked how best to stay informed – and how to help push legislation forward.
Even as our nation faces a pandemic, the FDA and Capitol Hill continue their work, some of which will be critical to the future of quality-assured hemp and CBD products. These are trying times, and the people and farmers of the hemp and CBD industry need our help. We continue to monitor recent FDA developments on hemp, and our work to grow our Hemp Supporter network goes on.
The lack of clear regulation from the FDA has resulted in confusion for state and local leaders, retailers, and consumers, and many people still lack access to quality-assured hemp and CBD products. The absence of clear regulation has also created an environment in which unscrupulous companies are able to bring products to the market without the appropriate quality controls.
We’d like to share an invaluable resource for those who wish to stay up to date with regulatory changes AND for those looking for an easy way to make their voices heard with the state and local regulators who are making decisions about the availability of CBD products in food, beverages and supplements.
We are proud to serve as a Director of the U.S. Hemp Roundtable, an organization working on both the federal and state levels every day to advocate for clear legislation and ensure that quality-assured products become the standard.
