Yes if they're giving cydy some of their worst patients that means the rapid onset of respiratory symptoms (not distress) and anticipated to occur or are occurring.
Just my reasoning, not a doctor. So I'd imagine the results for the first two patients are at least 1) not negative and 2) encouraging
