I am writing this on the public board because I'd like to see the reaction from the family of long shareholders.
Please allow me to explain how detrimental the comments like “fire works Rite Aid” and “Mylan Drug Company....get on it” are to me, and I would assume to many of the family of long shareholders as well. I will just speak for myself, and hopefully there will be some discussion.
I'll start with the Mylan situation. Your tweet on July 30, 2019 stated “Mylan merger gives worldwide growth.....Mylan invested 1 million into one of our early companies”.
Your July 30 tweet regarding Mylan gave me the impression that our company, UNVC, Univec Conglomerate, was/is working with Mylan MYL in a capacity that's beyond a speculative “maybe”. Indicating Mylan was already $1,000,000 invested in Univec, and that it was on a worldwide scale, is an indication that there is a formidable business collaboration between Mylan and Univec ensuing presently, or that is about to ensue....and that Pfizer might be involved via merger with MYL. To me, Pfizer being involved was the only speculative part of that information.
Even though the Mylan investment tweet is nearly 8 months old, it is still at the forefront of my mind. I did not forget about the tweet, nor did I have any reason to believe that the alluded to collaboration was now null and void. I thought we were still working with MYL because you have not informed us shareholders any differently.
So when you tweeted: “Mylan Drug Company....get on it” on March 21, 2020, the excitement over the Mylan $1M investment, and whatever (worldwide) project that was supposed to go along with it, was reignited in a major way. The first thing I thought was, we're about to find out what Mylan and Univec have been jointly working on for the last 8+ months.
I am now being told by other shareholders that we are not connected with Mylan in any way. Why am I hearing this from other shareholders Doc? If we are no longer connected with Mylan, and the $1M investment has been abandoned or otherwise nullified....I need to hear it from you. Not another shareholder who heard it from someone else, who said it supposedly came from you.
What is the relationship between Univec Conglomerate UNVC, and Mylan Drug Company MYL? Is there presently a business connection between UNVC and MYL or not? What happened to the one million dollars that Mylan invested into the conglomerate?
I think it would be a lot less damaging to the family of long shareholders if you would please explain these things before the market opens on Monday March 23, 2020. It's only right that people know what your March 21 tweet means before they dive into MYL thinking the $1M collaboration with UNVC is coming to fruition.
As for the “fire works Rite Aid” tweet on Dec 27, 2019, I will be brief. It came on the heels of another tweet you wrote on December 8, 2019 where you said “I promised a rainbow, may also have to add fireworks”. Plus, we all know your history at Rite Aid and the numerous comments you've made regarding the company, and a UNVC collaboration seemed like a very real scenario.
This was a slam dunk misunderstanding and damaging statement because, referencing fireworks in relation to the rainbow you've promised, and then mentioning fireworks in relation to Rite Aid a short time later, made people like me believe that there was a UNVC/RAD business collaboration about to be revealed. Even the rumor sites picked that story up and said things like “UNVC CEO signals Rite Aid merger”.
I hope you can understand that shareholders like me are paying very close attention to everything you say and do Doc. Making statements about things like Mylan or Rite Aid, that are seemingly related to UNVC business dealings, but are not, are detrimental to the family of long shareholders, and beneficial to the toxic negative entities that you have indicated you despise, and who we all know will copy and paste this post on their board so they can spin it to their advantage.
Please stop creating opportunities for me to write posts like this Doc. Thank you.
