Looks like the opportunity to have a jury trial which is what QMC wants and K & L definitely don't want.If it goes to trial in Texas (which I believe it will not and will be settled out of court) then I think it will be advantage QMC.K & L doesn't need the bad press and they probably have insurance to cover a suit payout.JMO
