Give IR a call and ask. Would be nice if anyone asking questions on the board that don't get an answer within a day would be so kind to call IR and report back.

How many companies have all the insiders buying on a schedule?
Does it need to get setup annually or does that schedule run forever?
What are the limits on their scheduled buying?
Google "Rule 10b5-1" and report back when you have time
