The update was a week ago. Did that agreement happen this week or will it happen next week? Don’t know. I don’t know if the contractor would be able to proceed before the agreement. Evaluation probably takes a couple of weeks, so I doubt if any boat’s been missed. Our wants and expectations have nothing to do with an evaluation of a technology. The update was worded properly for the situation.
