We think we are the smartest animals alive but truth be told we are the only species on this earth who does not live in balance with nature. We destroy it and we destroy each other. Nature has very right to create a virus to wipe us out. WE are the real Plague on this planet. This virus is the equivalent of a brush fire and is nature's design to wipe away the rot to create space for the new and uncorrupted. It's unfortunate the amount of the life that will be lost but it's other consequences, economically, health care related and human to human contact and communication will finally be free to start anew. We are a part of nature, as is human society as a while despite our illusions that somehow we are above it and in control of it. This virus cannot be fought w fake news or bought w money. It takes no prisoners and has no bias, effecting the rich and poor, educated and uneducated, black, white, yellow, red, brown, Jew, Christian and Muslim alike. It doesn't care who you think you are or how much power you think you have. Like all plagues it is the great equalizer and in terms of our drug it serves the same purpose. The political institution called the FDA and its partners Big Pharma cannot control this. Our drug will have its day and rightfully so bc it SAVES lives like no other drug in history since the dawn of antibiotics. And just like the rotting brush the shorts and greedy charlatans will be all smoke and ash. Patience. Stay vigilant. Help your fellow humans bc we all need each other now. I believe in this drug and I believe in all the Longs that have supported a afar in this endeavor not just bc it was finically beneficial (we all know that's BS) but bc of what I can potentially achieve for humankind and the alleviation of human suffering.
