Not even close. When you compare disasters, wars, etc.. This ranks pretty low right now. World War I and 2 took way more lives than this virus has even begun. The flu in 1918 or whenever makes this look pale in comparison.
Let's see what happens. But right now. it's a wait and see. Fear mongering to the point this is a World war 3 or worse than that is just wrong.
