Same use; it clearly states it’s for institutions / confirming results. I’m assuming individuals could theoretically self-test, go to hospital/clinic for confirmation, test through other methods (though if this is effective, I don’t see why). The testing facility might use the second product to corroborate any results.

If they’ve isolated the right antibody and can scale up its production enough, this could be a critical tool in managing this pandemic. Waiting for more, specific, details.
