You probably right , but I am just expecting , not knowing to the end what will happen ,
that my gov will declare emergency before October 2009 , when we had at the time close to 20 mill infected and at the time about 4000 death ...
What happened in 2009 was failing of our gov. Many others in healthcare also felt this way... no way to put it nice way...
But this is just my opinion and my observation ..
and it is in the past , lets hope we learned from it !!!!
