The presenter is just presenting a map that scientists are compiling. It is interesting the way the map goes. It is odd that India with so much population congestion did not have an epidemic. I don't interact with teams in Wuhan anymore but still work once a week with a half dozen people there, Wuhan is still on self-quarantine. Other parts of China appear to be normalizing.

The heat does not prevent the virus contraction, but one theory is that it reduces the velocity which it spreads.
