New update posted to the SNPW MedRecycler Facebook site today detailing how this plant will SAFELY and ECOLOGICALLY process tons of medical waste so as not to have any risk of impacting the surrounding environment.

Medrecycler-RI facility will only process 70 tons per day which is equal to 4 trucks per day.We will not have any outside storage or inside storage of medical waste, everything is processed as it arrives from local haulers in sealed containers that are certified to transport regulated medical waste. We do not store anything outside and can only process daily of scheduled and contracted deliveries by appointment only. These local haulers are currently picking up products from local hospitals now and laboratories and allow us to process waste that would normaly be disposed in landfills or incineration facilities. We are providing technology that is proven and tested for over 30 years with little to no emmisions, we produce the equivalent of 4 cars per year while generating clean electricity. We have been working over a year with DEM and industrial hygienist and their scientists and have met all quailifications to provide a safe and green system that provides a need and protects the environment, we have no discharge of any fluids or water into the sewage sytem from our operation as another proven effect to protect the environment. Our pyrolisys system runs under negative pressure to allow a clean processing and does not allow for any direct contact, providing extra safety for our employees and the local environment once it is received in sealed and secured containers that is picked up and documented from point to point for full discolusre and documentation.We are only processing debri that is licensed by the state to process and our regulated permit and contracts of standard medical waste. Our contracted haulers have been licensed and regulated for many years providing best possible services to hospitals and doctors offices. What Medrecycler-RI is able to do is provide a solution to eliminate these types of medical waste without the need to use incineration or autoclaving, our pyrolysis system heats product to 800 degrees celcius which is over 4 times the required amount of autoclaving which is currently being used in hospitals and haulers facilities. We produce 10% inert which is then sold to asphalt or concrete companies for their mix to reinforce their process. All of our process is clean and green and the best way to protect the planet.
