I concur with you.
Our main business are HIV and Oncology. Coronavirus is a product of circumstances, a good drug and, mostly, Dr. Patterson knowledge of Leronlimab and the MOA of Coronavirus.
We are in a good position in that there is a possibility that it will work. What is the possibility ??? You give me a number.
I can give you my un-educated one: less than 40%.
This is a long shot, thankfully we have a drug and a Doctor like B. Patterson that has spent lots of time understanding the science and the drug.
However, this is a side-show and some people will not take it that way. Negative news on the failure of Leronlimab in COVID will be unfairly extrapolated to HIV and Oncology by non-aware investors (the type that invest in the hype with no proper DD).
We don't want that. We did not get a boost on COVID, and don't want a SP stumble due to it. Is better we try to help (as we are doing hard), if we can great, if we can't, great, we did our best and will continue with out core business.
